Elmira, NY | Watkins Glen, NY – The Arc of Chemung-Schuyler announces that its Southern Tier Industries (STI) Secure Document Destruction business has recently expanded to now offer shredding in Tompkins County. Through an exciting partnership, Challenge and STI will be working together to provide secure document destruction services across the county, serving many more businesses and organizations while providing inclusive and meaningful work opportunities to people of all abilities.

 

“Since its launch in 2018, Southern Tier Industries has steadily grown. We now provide services to over 200 locations in the Southern and Northern Tiers,” said Wendy Shutter, Director of Business Services. “In early 2019, STI received its NAID AAA Certification by the National Association for Information Destruction, which enabled STI to provide ongoing or one-time shredding services for both business and residential customers, in a certified setting, ensuring confidential document destruction.”
