Pre-vocational supports prepare young adults for employment in the community. Through career exploration and transitional employment, young adults get real work experience. Job coaches teach specialized skills, provide regular assessment, and teach appropriate work habits.
Career Exploration and Transitional Employment provides job seekers with intensive training in their preferred service through daily work in community-based settings to prepare for competitive employment. Most individuals work with a job coach while others are working independently at several locations in the community. Work opportunities through our Business Services Division include: floor and lawn care, custodial services, auto detailing, and shredding.
